Shipping & Returns
During the Covid pandemic many manufacturers are no longer shipping direct to customers and only shipping available inventory direct to dealers. During this season we will not be offering Free Shipping on any products, no matter the description. Available products can be picked up in our Buford Georgia warehouse or you may choose to pay additional cost to ship from our warehouse to you, after you speak with Walter to get a shipping price quote. Please email [email protected] or phone Walter to determine shipping costs until further notice.
Restrictions may apply to some new items, please read individual item content page. Free Shipping is not included with USED EQUIPMENT option. Please read all shipping policies in advance of ordering USED EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
When receiving equipment please inspect for any missing parts, such as levelers on base of units, any necessary cords when applicable, mats when applicable, et cetera. If you find you are missing parts, immediately file a freight claim with the shipper BEFORE shipper departs your location. Fitness Rush or Ready Fitness is not responsible for missing parts lost in shipping. We will endeavor to help you replace parts after we have been compensated for expense of parts from the manufacturer or shipper.
For all shipping request, please provide the following:
- Which item you would like shipped?
- Provide full ship too address including zip code.
- Will delivery be to a residential or a commercial location?
- Is delivery location common carrier accessible?
- Will you need lift gate service for heavy equipment unloading?
Free shipping due to unique circumstances such as manufacturer origin or weight and size of product may not cover entire shipping amount. When this is the rare case we will notify you before shipping your equipment.
Exercise equipment quotes are valid for 48 hours from time we email you information concerning shipping, after this time we will need to get another active quote.
Free Shipping when available and offered is for delivery only curbside and if you require a Lift Gate Service to unload heavy items, there will be an additional cost which Fitness Rush or Ready Fitness does not include in the Free Delivery service. Free Delivery is for shipping curbside ONLY from our location, vendor warehouse, or other areas Fitness Rush and Ready Fitness may ship from. If you do not have a dock or forklift at destination, Lift Gate Service is available for additional fee Not Included with Free Shipping provided by Fitness Rush or Ready Fitness.
Orders will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large orders such as home gyms, treadmills and weight sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders arriving by truck are CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements. We generally do not ship to APO and FPO addresses, however some items may be available for shipment to these addresses. Please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill the order.
Prior to accepting any delivery please examine the cartons for any sign of damage. When machine is received fully assembled, please take time to make sure unit is functioning properly BEFORE signing for delivery. Fitness Rush will not be held responsible in any way for damage not noted and signed by freight carrier, even if damage is concealed. The only way you as a customer can determine concealed damage is to utilize or try out unit before freight carrier departs your location. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Sales tax will be added to some South East States where we have sales and service teams.
Pricing is guaranteed for 30 days. Approved Credit Application is required for all commercial customers desiring terms. 30% Restocking Fee for Returns or Cancelled Items. Strength Equipment, Flooring, and Audio/Visual Equipment are custom order items (No Returns, No Refunds). Custom commercial Strength Orders must clearly specify paint and upholstery colors. Used equipment sold as-is, no warranty, no returns, stock reserved upon receipt of payment, and must be picked up or delivered within 14 days. Payment by Credit Card incurs additional processing fees (3% for orders up to $5000, 4% for orders $5000 and above). Customer must pay for ALL shipping costs incurred, which includes shipping to customer and if necessary back to Fitness Rush warehouse or manufacturer. All returned items must have prior approval from Fitness Rush with return authorization number and be returned to Fitness Rush or manufacturer.
Fitness Rush or Ready Fitness is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping of your order. If any freight damage occurs, the recipient is responsible for noting all freight damage on the Bill of Lading with the carrier at the time of delivery. If the recipient doesn't notate the damage while the shipper is present, Fitness Rush or Ready Fitness is not responsible for the freight damage.
If an item arrives damaged, the recipient must notate all freight damage while the shipper is present, and the recipient must ensure that the shipper and the recipient has a copy of the freight damage claim on the Bill of Lading. The recipient should contact the terminal from where the shipper came from and request a freight claim form. Fitness Rush or Ready Fitness is not responsible for the outcome of any possible freight damage claims.
Since we strive for customer satisfaction, we can provide new parts to replace your damaged parts after we are compensated for the parts from the shipper.
Shipping Information For Out Of State & In State Shipping:
If your USED Exercise Equipment needs to be shipped across country from our Suwanee store/warehouse then additional charges may apply and will be customers responsibility. For example large exercise equipment shipped from our Suwanee store/warehouse location to the West Coast may incur shipping charges in excess of 20% of purchase item price. In these individual cases we will notify customer and inquire if you want to proceed with purchase and pay additional shipping costs. If customer does not want to pay additonal shipping Fitness Rush will refund entire amount of purchase and item will not be shipped. Customer funds have to clear our bank prior to Fitness Rush being able to reapply refund to your credit card. This requires a few days due to bank processing.
The majority of orders ship in 8 to 10 business days and are delivered in less than 2 weeks. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Items do not ship on weekends. Items that cannot be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex are delivered curbside. Please email us if you do not receive tracking info within 10 weekdays. Standard delivery of items that don’t ship UPS or Fed Ex are curbside; you will need to be prepared to unload the package when it arrives.
Additional charges may apply to some deliveries, even if free delivery or Shipping Included in the Contiguous United States is stated due to unusual road/driveway circumstances that restrict &/or obstruct delivery. Your delivery location should be accessible to normal size delivery trucks which deliver the size exercise equipment you are requesting.
