Perform a wide variety of upper body building exercises like lat pull downs, triceps press downs, seated rows, upright rows and more. Features dual position 8" foam rollers to hold you in position and patented nylon bushings for super smooth operation. Weight post is 1" dia.
Weight Plates and collar optional.

good machine overall

I would give it 5 stars but the black square end cap broke in assembly and I did take care. I cannot straighten my arms if I sit on the seat and use it so I turned the seat 90 degrees and I do the pull-downs and curl-downs from my knees on the floor which is exactly the distance for me to straighten my arms (I am 6'0"). Using 100 lbs. Tried 150 lbs. My back feels aligned and stretched from doing pull-downs with 100 lbs., nothing else can match it.
