The F600 Flat Bench was designed to work perfectly with systems such as BodyCraft Jones Machines, Smith Machines, or Racks like the BodyCraft F430 Power Rack. The F600 also makes a great utility bench, making it perfect for dumbbell work!

- Great dumbbell bench! The top of the pad is 17.5" from the floor making dumbbells easy to reach.
- Solid construction using 2" X 3", and 3" round 12-gauge steel tubing.
- Comfortable and sturdy pad uses 2" thick, high density foam, covered in heavy duty charcoal grey vinyl.
- Smooth rolling transport wheels allow for easy roll and go transporting.
